My Father passed away it will be 2 weeks on 04/13/2014

My father passed away on 03/24/2014 and he married this lady on 02/29/2012 that is what the lady said but our father never told us 5 children he married anyone. but what I am really asking what rights us children have and what rights she have over our fathers house and all his other belongings he paid for this house long before 2 years ago he married this lady I've asked her to show me their marriage license but she say honey your dad all ways told me he was going to burn them. he has 2 trucks and a lot of lawn Equipment and she want let us get anything please tell me if at all we have any rights to anything of our father who's home is in Greenville Texas

If he did, that document will lay out what his wishes were for his belongings and needs to be filed in the probate court where he lived.
