More details to this question:
My Dad was diagnosed with a Brain Cancer few weeks ago and according to his Doctors he has maybe 2 to 4 weeks left. My Dad is quite wealthy and about 10 years ago he told me about a Will he has written and I will inherent all his estates, business, etc. However we never discuss the details and I don't really care about his money so I just leave it like that. When I went to see him I saw some of his brothers and sisters already in the house and I noticed someone went through his personal stuff most likely his Will. They are there for his money not his health. He is unable to communicate with me and not sure what's going on. I don't know where is his Will or an attorney. I don't care about the money but I want to make his last wish are fulfilled .Can someone help me please.

You might think about filing for a conservatorship so you can take control and keep these other people out. There is no good reason for people to be going through his stuff.
