my mother has demetia she's not taking care of her bills what are my options

More details to this question:
my mom lives with me she just had a hip replacement & they wanted her to stay at rehab for a longer time but she quit paying her secondary insurance, she forgot to pay her car ins. and they cancelled that and were set to cancel her registration but I called up and took care of it. She filed for bankruptsy and she has to make a payment to the chapter 13 trustee for her car and she has missed the last 4, but I took care of that with my mom but all of this she insists she has paid. I really need to know what I can do in this situation. I'm on S.S.I. and my mom is on S.S. Thank-you for any help you can give me.

If you believe that your mother is no longer able to handle her finances, then you can go to your the probate and family court in your county and file for conservatorship.
