More details to this question:
My sister passed, she had 48 acres of land in California. She deeded this land to four people to build a Lodge and sanctuary as a memorial. I don't feel that these people are handling this in a good way. how do I get this land away from them so I can fulfill my sister's wishes.

Did the individuals receive title to the property while your sister was living or did they inherit the land when she passed away? How long ago did they receive the property? If they did inherit the property subject to certain instructions you may have the ability to petition the court to ensure that your sister's intent is being carried out.
