My uncle is getting guardianship for Aunt. We have heard he doesn't treat her right. Do we need attorney? Want to get feel on she is before the court date. It is hard to get hold of her since he controls her calls. What is best approach? Court date is next week. Will court extend so family has chance to gauge how he is treating her?
Yes, if you want to be heard on the guardianship matter, you are required to get an attorney. It is best that you do so quickly.
Sincerely,
