My mother passed away last year and to get authorization to receive her $800.00 out of her checking account I had to fill out a form need a lawyer to sign it, I live in Ohio she passed away in Michigan account is in Michigan

contact the local county bar association in michigan and ask for a lawyer to be appointed or if one can help you at a moderate price.
