my stepmother recently deceased/both my parents deceased previously/no will could be found/all assets to go to her family living in UK & Scotland that never met her. I am an only child w/3 children and one grand daughter to get nothing. Do I have any chance legally in court if I dispute this?

No. Unless you were adopted by her, you have no right to the estate.
