Petition for partition

More details to this question:
Me and my father has a share in the house we both live in. My father is forcing me to sell the house. I offer him his share in the house and buy the house from him but he is refuses to sell it to me. In the past he accepted my offer many times(I have evidence) but when the times come he fights with me and then refuses to sell it to me and then threats me to sell it to the third party or he’ll take me to the court. We’ve been living in this house since 2007 and I’ve been paying mortgage and taxes since then whereas he was only paying for utility bills. Which he stopped paying for the last 4 months. Now I’m paying all the bills and mortgage. Last time he agreed to sell it to me I reached to mortgage company and ask them to refinance and remove his name from the house. Now I’m very close to closing he backed up again. Plus this is the single family house and he allows my other siblings along their family to stay in the house and take the rent from them but does not share it with me.

Your father can force a sale.  He does not need to sell to you.  But he cannot prevent you from buying if you make the best offer.
