Power Of Attorney

More details to this question:
My Wife and I was given temporary Guardianship and Power Of Attorney over our 2 Grandkids (15 & 17 ) and now their mom has passed away and I'm trying to get things taken care of , kids back in school , SSI , Child Support , right now the school is saying that it was signed in 2011 but i'm telling them it's good till they are the of 21 and I'm not sure what we need to do

A Power of Attorney expires with the person who granted it.  Hire an Approved Guardianship Attorney and become the court-appointed guardian. By the way, the children become adults at 18, not 21.
