Power of attorney

More details to this question:
My sister is my power of attorney and she is not doing what I ask her to do for me and she override my Decision I’m very Capable of making my own decision every once in a while I may need some help with some things when I don’t understand a problem so I need to know if I can get help so I have more control please let me know if you can help me. I have a mild cerebral palsy on my left side of my body
