Asked on Oct 27th, 2017 on Estate Litigation - California
More details to this question:
I am seeking to make a claim regarding my deceased unmarried partner of about 10 years. He lived with me. I took care of him. He has two surviving sisters on the East Coast who would be beneficiaries. Letters of Administration were filed early Aug. 2017. Have only a short time left to file a claim. He left behind at least a house of approx. one million and other assets. Need to move on this if it is to be done.
