my father passed away in April last year my aunt is administrator I received documents saying my fathers estate was in probate he has a mesothelioma lawsuit going which he died of mesothelioma of the lung my aunt nor the attorney will give me or my siblings a copy of the settlement or the probate documents we did however receive $2,767.00 from a trust which I believe is from his life insurance and not from his will I can get no answers from anyone how can I find out this information I live in california the probate is in port orchard washington
