Proctecting a childs account for their future from parent

More details to this question:
Going through a divorce. Kids have a college fund set up by in-laws. Money is in stocks. Account in only husband and their name. he has expressed using that money for things other than college. Is there anything legally I can do on their behalf to make sure that money isnt wasted by him and will still be there when they are ready to go to college?

Ask your divorce attorney to request a different custodian for the account.
