My mother signed quick dead community property joint tenancy. He signed it correct but dated a wrong date. There it was notarized present but i feel my mother did not want to do this and under duress. would it be possible to have it null and void? I know there was an onset of dementia
Hi,
If you think that your mother signed the deed under duress and that she was suffereing from dementia at the time that she signed the deed you may have the ability to set the deed aside. When was the deed signed? Is your mother still living?
Thanks,Jon
