Reinstatement of guardianship

More details to this question:
Our kids were taken back in 2016, we r doing better. We pass drug tests, Ive had a full-time job for over a year, a very nice place. Where my daughter is she needs out if there fast. They threaten her that if I take them to court to get her back that they will have locked up

You do not say whether there was a termination of parental rights. If not, you may be able to recover custody of your children. Contact a local family lawyer. You may be able to get free representation through Volunteer Legal Services or reduced cost representation through the modest means program of Lawyer Referral Services in your area.
