There are descrepencies in my Grandfather's will (passed around 2012) and my Dad's will (who passed 4 years ago). I received no personal belongings for either. Both were wealthy men with a lot of personal effects. My father had a rolex worth 100 grand for example. I just recently received my last payment from my Grandfather's trust and I decided to request the original paperwork from my sister and still haven't received it. Also, there was not a will for my mom (who just passed) and my sister is again keeping everything like she did with my Grandfather and Dad. I need help because I believe my sister, Kathy Dalton, has forged my name on documents and not given my other sister and I what is legally ours with all three of them passing. I am about to start the process of calling Adult Protective Services because she is caring for our other sister now. Please help me understand what my rights are and if I have a case. Thank you so much for your time.
Please take whatever documents you have to a probate lawyer (preferrably one who does fiduciary litigtion) who practices in the county in which the people died. Please also note that the Texas Estates Code now permits an heir or beneficiary or someone who can convince the Court that they are interested in someone's well-being to ask the Court to look into the actions of an agent under a Durable Power of Attorney.
