The old will got probated not the new will

More details to this question:
There's four of us sisters. One sister feels she is entitled to my mothers estate. Right before my mother died on Feb. 5, 2016 my mom went to an attorney and had a new will done which divides her estate four ways. My one sister has probated the old will which leaves me nothing. Why wasn't the new will probated?

You can actually still probate the later will. The problem will be recovering the property distributed under the old one.
