My gf papa has legal permanent guardainship over her thats not legal bcs she didnt sign it and he threatning kill her dont help her dont care of her he steals her ssi money when she disabled and threats her with shotgun that felony he rushes her wont let her grow up by keeping her unhealthy wont let her do nothing wont let her sleep besides try hit her when she tries sleep he lies to police and court and his attorney steve shipp bcs he dont like the truth to make my gf look bad he mentally retarded and evil kookoo

Someone under a guardianship can write to the court asking to have their rights restored. The court will appoint an attorney (called a guardian ad litem) to investigate.
A person under guardianship does not have to sign anything agreeing to be under guardianship. A guardianship is imposed by the court.
