Transfer real estate from deceased parent

More details to this question:
My Father passed away and I am his only child. He left his house to me which was in a trust. I am the trustee and had power of attorney. What do I need to do in order to get the house deed place in my name.There is a loan still in his name and I need to get a new home loan in my name for the property. I am lving in the house.

You will have to file an affidavit of death of trustee and then you, as trustee, will be able to distribute the property according to the terms of the trust.  If you are the only beneficiary and you can make an outright distribution, then you can transfer the property to yourself so that you can qualify for refinancing.
