Hello, My daughter's father died 3 months after she was born. We weren't married yet and his family has chosen to no longer be in contact with us as they blame me for his suicide. They are very wealthy and he had a trust. He has two other daughters from a previous marriage. I would like to know if my daughter is entitled to any assets or inheritance. I need help!

Your child's father died when? Did he acknowledge the child as his own in a will, trust or other legal document? Do you have a copy of the Trust and amendments? It is possible he did something to take care of the child.
