More details to this question:
I left my brother to be the rep in my mother estate, and she had , bural contract + Bank account, stock , bonds, real property, life ins,american equity. Inventory total assest $87, 933.09 He had all 3 grandkids pay for her funeral out of there payout, that my mom left for there porton. If my mother had Life Insurance should of that covered her funeral expenses???? she had Burial Contract $1939.60

Generally speaking Life Insurance proceeds are not part of the Probate Estate and pass directly to the named beneficiary. Therefore they are not required to be to used to pay for Estate expenses, including funeral expenses, unless there is not enough money in the Estate to pay those expenses.
