trustee cheating,how to expel?

More details to this question:
trustee wont give trust docs to beneficiarys. has never given an accounting record. is hostile, and trying to sell a trust asset to herself for 1.5million under market value.just had a legal letter served on her for demand of records, dont expect her to comply. want to have her removed as trustee

Your recourse is to file a petition with the probate court.  You have a number of rights, and from what you say here the trustee is violating many of them.  You (assuming you are a beneficiary) should seek an accounting, remove her as trustee, and seek damages for any loss incurred by the trust.  If you don't have a lawyer already, you might want to check with the lawyer referral service of the bar association nearest where the trust is being administered (the trustee's address).
