QUESTION

Trusts and wills

Asked on Jan 19th, 2015 on Trusts and Estates - California
More details to this question:
My Father purchased an irrevocable trust around 20 years ago with me be being sole beneficery of a 27 acre ranch, that my grandparents bought in 1945. My uncle was executor. About 3 years ago my uncle wanted a copy of the trust after my dad had a stroke. My dad's wife of seven years said the trust was stolen. So she took my dad and had a will made. And basically it held me as sole inheriter of the ranch. My father has passed away recently. When my uncle called the lawyer he was informed there was a new will and my uncle was removed as executor. We have since been made aware that the property was sold to the next door neighbor in march of 2014 for 450,000.00 Shouldn't I still be the top inheritor. My step mom has not told me anything. In fact she made access to my dad this past year almost impossible. How do I find out about the new will and if it has been changed drastically. Do I have any legal recourse here if it is extremely been altered. Thank you.
