My mother's husband passed away leaving the home they lived in together to his children. It was not put in his will but he wished for her to continue living there until she passed away. His children now want to sell the house and have come and changed the locks before she has gotten all her things out. It was stated in his will that they had 60 days after his death to get anything from the house that they wanted. They never did that but would come at various times while she was gone and take things. She has taken some things that they want so they want to press charges on her and evict her. It has now been over 10 years past the 60 days they had. What can we do?
