What can I do to move the sale forward?

More details to this question:
I am the executor over my parent’s estate and have a buyer for their home after 3 years which also has 2 liens but my brother refuses to leave. He is not listed in the will and actually broke the basement door in to get access.

If you are saying, he has no legal right to be in the property, you can have him removed, and really should do so to avoid him from doing anything out of spite. However, if he has lived there for any period of time, you may have to comply with eviction laws. You might also want to talk to the local police.
