What can I do to stop this ladybird deed?

More details to this question:
I am the youngest child of four. My mom gave me power of attorney. My mom now has dementia and when she was at the beginning of the stages of dementia, my ex brother in law had her sign a ladybird deed. What is my rights as power of attorney to protect my mother and her home?

Obtain guardianship and conservatorship over your mother and then file a motion with the probate court to reform the deed. Or sell the home prior to your mother's passing.
