More details to this question:
Mother passed away 5 years ago leaving my sister excutrix. she did not do the job so we went to court and she was removed in jan 2012 as excutrix. The Judge turned it over to A Lawyer 14 months ago and during that time my sister stole all the money but the stocks. I cannot even get my half of the stocks from this Attorney. I have waited for over 5 years and do not have a dime. How can I get my money form the acting exectrix and can I press charges against my sister. I live in NJ and she livves in North Carolina

You need to file some type of motion in the court in the state in which the estate was probated.  In New Jersey that would be a motion to enforce litigant's rights.   you need to also send something to the attorney appointed to represent the estate asking for an accounting, and a distribution from the estate.  If there is a judgment against your sister, that judgment will have to be made enforceable in North Carolina so that you can recoup some of the money she took from the estate.
