what do i do mother gave inheritance away to friend & told them as long as i didn't know it was all their's.

I just found out my mother passed in Feb. 2020 & she gave my inheritance away to friend & told them as long as i didn't know it was all their's. my father made will for mother, myself, & my son to sign in agreement for anything to happen with any of it. please help.

Only your mother can decide who inherits what from her. Unlike Europe, the United States does not allow "forced inheritance" by spouses or children. You are out of luck.
