a few weeks ago my daughter was 51/50 and it was done with out me knowing it.. I know she needs help as she has mental issues, but it was done by a lady I recommended to be her In Home Service Provider.. I can't say the exactly it happened but about 2 weeks ago. the coulserjr that picked her up said he doesn't have to answer and of my questions. she has an extended stay for evaluation so I assume she will be there for 30 day total. If I become power of attorney for her, will I have to find her a facility once her 30 days are over? the counselor said he didn't know what he was going to do with her after the 30 days. what can I do as her disabled 75 year old mother? can u advise me?
