What should I do about my inheritance?

Where in the US (would prefer in Georgia) can I handle things about inheritance when my dad was from Russia and was living there? I want to accept inheritance from my dad but under one condition, is it possible? My grandmother has the other part of the flat. Can I accept the inheritance but let her live there?

You need an attorney in Russia, if he died in Russia. Or get one that knows about the law in Russia.
