Other than see a medical professional, I don't understand your question. You can't sue yourself for falling. What is it you want to accomplish?

Was it the fault of someone else? If so, you may have a claim.

You have to give much more in details, such as where the incident occurred, why you think someone was negligent, whether you were hurt, any witnesses, what the store owner said if anything, etc.

Why did you fall? If no one was negligent you have no one to blame but yourself.

Take care of yourself and recover. Only if you have verifiable, long term damage should you pursue legal action. Just know you only have 1 year to do so.

See a doctor right away, so you can get medical treatment. (But if you are asking whether you can file a lawsuit, you should talk to a local personal injury lawyer. You will need to explain why someone else is to blame for your fall, and why that person should have to compensate for the damage caused by the fall.)

Is it your floor or someone else's? If yours, all you can do is take care of it. If someone else's, you may have a claim for damages, but you need to talk with a local personal injury attorney to figure out if you have an option to file a complaint for your injuries.
