What’s the steps to selling a home under guardianship?

I have guardianship over my grandmother who is not in good mental health. She owns a home that is vacant and has some code violations. I want to sell the property as is to an investor. What steps do I need to take to complete the sale.

Talk with the lawyer who represents you in administering the guardianship. This can be time consuming and require several steps and court approval at each step.
