Which is best a will or trust if I am a widow?

More details to this question:
My husband’s name is still also on the deed of our house. He has 4 adult children from previous marriage and I have 2. I want to remove his name. Should I have a will or trust or both?

Being a widow, is not the test as to whether you would need a trust or will. Many other facts are needed to advise you properly. Call and estate or elder law attorney.
