Me and my wife were divorced 3 years ago, I let her keep our house, I signed a quitclaim of the property to her, she never refinanced the property, then she passed away last May,now the loan company wants me to pay the loan, I was in the process getting assistance on the loan but now came up the issue about who owns the property now that my ex wife has passed, I would like to have the property, she didn't have a will and her only next of kind is our minor son, 16 and her mother
