Who has rights to my grandparents’ property?

More details to this question:
Grandparents died. They had 2 kids, my mom and uncle. Mom died who has 2 children. Uncle is still living and he has 2 children.

Assuming that grandparents had no wills, uncle would inherit one half and you and your sibling would inherit the other one-half.
