Husband won the lawsuit, the lawsuit was about cancer both his parents are deceased from cancer but the cash settlement didn't come in until 3-4 years after my husband passed away. Both he and his sister took out separate lawsuits on their deceased parents and somehow his sister inherited his and hers which equals out to the sum of 750,000 my husband had another lawsuit for him one he was awarded 11 Grand. I did get the 11 Grand settlement how is it that his sister got his settlement for their parents and hers?
