I got convected in TX in 1996 for credit card fraud its a conspiracy charges and spend 6 month in Jail then I got deported Now its been 19 years my life stable I have been working hard in my country and all middle east and Africa in Oil company.Now my sister she is American citizen wants to sponsor me to visit her can I go back to USA without any trouble
