Forex Broker Claimed to be certified by CFTC, asked for refund, not getting it

More details to this question:
I invested into a website called CedarFinance who claimed to insured by the CFTC, however they lied and they're not, their platform is also rigged to make you lose as they're quotes aren't updated on time. I made a chargeback, but if I dont win, since my investment was $800, if they refund me, or if I dont win the chargeback who should I talk to?

If it's only $800, you're in luck.
You can try the CFTC and your local consumer protection agency.
