My mother passed and my father said there was no beneficiary or will. He said that everything goes to him but shouldnt he just be able to show a death certificate and marriage certificate and go on his way? He is having me and my siblings all sign a paper stating (20 PA C.S. § 3155) can someone help with explaining to me what excatly I will be signing?
