Am I legally obligated to answer?

More details to this question:
If I was power of attorney and acted in the best interests of my parent, cleaned out the house to get it ready to sell to cover costs for care, deposited any and all monies received for any reason during that time, is there any reason for a sibling to hold up the will, who is executor and who claims that I am lying about my actions, and who wants to send an appraiser to my house to search for things I don't have?

Unless the sibling is willing to bring a lawsuit claiming you violated your duty as the power of attorney, the sibling who is the executor has not right to hold up the probate of the will or the administration of the estate.
