In 2006, my husband and I, along with my mother in-law, jointly purchased a home using our (husband and I)income, though the property was titled under one member for credit purposes( MOM IN LAW). In Jan. 2024, my sister in law, had requested my mom in law come stay a week with her and her husband, so she could take her to her Dr appts ( she was battling cancer). Unbeknownst to us, my SIL, took my MIL, to have a new will made, and put our home in a Living Trust, and give my SIL power of attorney. Then had us forcibly removed by a false facted TRO, which had a stay away order. In that time whole we were restrained, my SIL and her husband, removed all of my families(we have 4 kids) belongings to a mini storage, without consent, changed our locks, put up security cameras, and on the exact day of our hearing, my MIL died. We were homeless. Five months post death, my SIL recorded papers claiming to be successor trustee, transferred the home from trust to themselves, then sold our home.
