I have been the care taker I am the youngest son the executors are older bros. we don't get along care for my father he is 101 years old my father wishes We can stay as long as we like in his home. but the half bros. say they will throw me out as soon as dad dies my question is how long will we have to move out.

If there is a living trust and you are a beneficiary of the trust than you are entitled to see a copy. Do you know if your father has a trust or a will? If he has a trust do you know that his home is in the trust?Thanks,Jon
