More details to this question:
My mother passed away recently and her husband changed the will to reflect only his children as heirs. He passed away a month ago. My mother was the CEO of their company and I feel I should not be excluded. His kids are ignoring me. Do I have a case?

Based upon the limited facts that you stated, I can not tell you if your have a case or not. If your mother had a will and died, her husband can not change her will after she dies. It sounds like she left everything to him.  He can however, change his will and leave everything to his children, which is his right.
