Can I collect a deceased relatives property.

More details to this question:
I had a uncle that lived in Texas that is deceased. His only child who also lived in Texas and was my first cousin has just recently passed away. I live in Florida. My uncle has $100k in unclaimed money (unclaimedmoney.org) My cousin also has personal property and accounts etc. Am I entitled to any of this since I am the only one left.

If you can prove that you are an heir under the Texas Intestacy Laws in COURT, then you have a chance at collecting the assets from each estate assuming that you initiate probate proceedings in each estate in the appropirate county and prove your case. Hire a lawyer!
