More details to this question:
My uncle just died who i lived with and who took care of me for almost a decade. Its a 4 million dollar estate inheritance which went to my oldest brother because he is the oldest and the three of us were very close. Im not in the will for any money because most of his wishes were all word of mouth. My brother was told to take care of me and hes not. I reside in the same house my brother is trying to sell it and basically kick me on the streets. Can i even contest the will i have no money to pay for a lawyer but i could if they help. My brother is not following my uncles wishes hes being selfish and greedy. The only reason he got named was because my uncle thought he would do the right thing which even my brother admits.

There is a possiblity that the fees for the lawyer that you hire to challenge the estate will be paid from the esate.  You would need to have some evidence that your grandfather had an intent for you to be a beneficiary of his estate, and some reason why he did not include youin te document or make a change to the document.   If you have that proof, a lawyer would take this case with the intent of being paid from the estate.
