can i receive early distribution, hears my cause

My mother died when i was an infant, & i’m supposed to receive money whenn im 21, but right now im in a sticky spot. My narcissistic grandmother kicked me out & i was jobless these last 3 months , i go to school next month & i wasnt able to make money & i dont want to go to college broke… I need to buy tools for my class, clothes (i barely have some) , I’m smart enough to start a business instead of blowing money on dumbstuff that wont last… I need a car , i want to save up for one or buy one of facebook, Its alot my life is crashing & im at the point i want to attempt to get early distribution +…. Im practically Homeless for no reason, (i dont gangbang smoke or partake in anythings like that) my grandma did all her kids wrong now she doing me wrong. Please help & tell me all i need to know sorry for long passage. I have a desired number i want (Only to cover my needs) does it go that way?
