More details to this question:
Hello I have been residing and living at the same address for little over 4 years my father owned this property and house prior to his 2 nd marriage. He never put step moms name on the deed and he passed away a litte over a year ago with out a will. My step mom just opened probate but since my father has passed i have been the one maintaining the property and paying the taxes on the property can i still live here while probate is open? I have no where else to live or go.

Find someplace...and soon.  The estate administrator's duty is to assemble the assets, pay the debts and distribute the rest according to that state's laws of inheritance.  Allowing you to live rent free in the home would be wasting the estate and violating her duty.
