Can I sue my brother for the inheritance he stole.

More details to this question:
Mom died in 2009 in New Jersey.. My brother was the executor. He let me on for almost 6 years till he’s settled part of mom‘s estate. Now come to find out he had robbed or somewhere in the vicinity between 150 at $200,000. This was a combination of property and funds. He hid everything from me. It’s been all up in the air at this point do I have any recourse. I live in Pennsylvania my brother lives in New Jersey.

Unless you can persuade the court (and a lawyer who would represent you) that you did not know and could not have known about this earlier, you are too late.  Since you were long ago entitled to demand an accounting and request that an executor who did not make distributions be replaced, this would be very difficult.  There is also the cost of litigation to consider.
