My brother took some items that my dad had intended to go to me after he died and he also took some valuble items that belongs to the entire family and was supposed to be split four ways my brother is claiming these items as his and refuses to acknowledge the fact that he has to compensate me and my other siblings for the Cash value of the items I am going to sue him
