More details to this question:
My name is Johnny when i was around 8 years old my dad passed away he left me and my brother the house he left my uncle john as trustee, i believe in the will it said we were not to sell the house till we were 21 years old but our uncle sold the house and gave me and my brother under 10'000 dollars each and kept the rest to himself i think he sold it for around 100,000 dollars but he sold it while we were minors and made us sign a paper we did not understand what we signed, i guess my question is can we sue our uncle and get the money or house he took from us since we were took advantage of as minors?

Hi Johnny, You certainly may have a claim against your uncle. How long ago was the house sold and how old are you now? You aren't likely to be held to anything that you signed as a minor and the statute of limitations on your claims was likely tolled during your childhood.  Thanks,Jon
